Rockefeller expands efforts to address prescription drug price gouging

Sen. Jay Rockefeller, D-W.Va., is continuing his fight against prescription drug price gouging.

Rockefeller, chairman of the Senate Finance Subcommittee on Health Care, announced June 14 he would expand his anti price-gouging prescription drug measure to the ongoing House and Senate negotiations on the Food and Drug Administration reauthorization bill. Read more
