Those Prescription Drug Prices Keep On Rising

The latest check on prescription drug prices reveals one obvious trend - an arrow pointing skyward. Through last month, the overall average price hike in 2011 was 7.2 percent, which tops the annual rates notched over the past decade, according to Barclays Capital analyst Lawrence Marsh, who reviewed data from First DataBank on the top 130 brand-name prescription drugs.
