Time for real, not symbolic, reform on Medicare Part D

Now that House Republicans have voted to repeal the health care law and the theatrics on Capitol Hill are over for now, Congress can take meaningful action to reform health care reform.

A bipartisan place to start would be Medicare Part D, the prescription drug program for seniors that a Republican-led Congress passed in 2003. Read more
