We've learned that the Senate Judiciary Committee is meeting on Thursday morning, May 26, to discuss S.968, the Preventing Real Online Threats to Economic Creativity and Theft of Intellectual Property Act of 2011 (PROTECT IP Act).

As we've indicated in our previous posting, this bill seriously threatens the right of Americans to access affordable prescrption drugs from safe and legitimate online pharmacies.

We wanted to let our readers know that there will be a live webcast of this meeting.

We can assure you that RxRights will be paying close attention as this bill makes its way through the legislature.
