I already get my medications from Canada. The meds come in the same bottle and are exactly the same as I would have gotten in the States. However, the price is 1/4 what I would have to pay in the States, so as far as I am concerned it is a no brainer for me. I have no health insurance due to the costs, which have risen beyond reasonable. Katie

RxRights outreach to Oregon advocates

posted Wed, 31 Aug 2011

RxRights recently made a special effort to reach out to our Oregon supporters. We asked them to join us in sending a "thank you" message to Senator Ron Wyden (OR). Senator Wyden has been single-handedly blocking the PROTECT IP Act, which poses a threat to continued access to safe and affordable medicine from international online pharmacies. Thank you to all of you who took the time to send a message to Senator Wyden!

Some advocates went an extra mile for the cause and sent letters to the editors of their local Oregon newspapers as well. A couple of these letters have been printed. We wanted to share them with our readers.
